Maintenance Plans
Our maintenanace services includes is the minimum that a homeowner should have done to an HVAC system to ensure that it is working at top capacity and to protect the life of the unit. Select a plan that meets your budget.
Basic HVAC Plan
Starting at
$150
The cost for an annual maintenance agreement is $150 to $300. This usually includes one visit for the year. One of our Technicians will clean everything from the filters to the electrical parts, inspect all parts, check voltage, refrigerant, fuel lines, and look for leaks or corrosion. This is the minimum that a homeowner should have done to an HVAC system to ensure that it is working at top capacity and to protect the life of the unit.

Premium HVAC Plan
Starting at
$365
This maintenance plan cost $365 to $700. This is a good choice if you have an older system that you are trying to keep working. One of our Technicians will come out once a quarter to clean and check on all the parts of your system, voltage regulation, and inspect for leaks or corrosion. This plan also includes discounts for repairs and replacements and priority scheduling.
WHERE DO OUR LOADS GO?
Donations
Many of our hauls will be donated to disaster relief non-profits and similar organizations that aid in improving the living quality of others in need.
Bargain Shops and Community Partnerships
We repair, clean, and reuse these pieces of furniture in our local bargain store(s), offering these items back to the corporate and residential community at a low cost. Through our partner company Marqnation and Nesdags bargain store(s), we work with local small businesses on a budget to open their workspace up and help them get started with furniture/electronics at little to no cost; this partnership also extends to residents affected by natural disasters who had a significant loss in personal property.
